Across the world, and throughout Asia, wild animals are being taken from the wild, or bred in captivity, to be used in the tourism entertainment industry. This report highlights the findings of 2010 research into the lives of captive wild animals used in tourism entertainment venues in Thailand – one of Asia’s most popular tourist destinations.
